What material are stubby holders made from?

Our stubby holders are made of premium neoprene rubber with laminated polyester on both sides to showcase your design. They keep your drinks cold while preventing your hands from getting wet.

I want to rush my order!

No problem — simply add the Rush Order service to your order and we’ll move it ahead in the production queue.

Do you have a minimum order requirement? I’m having a small gathering, so I don’t need many stubby holders.

We love catering to parties and gatherings of all sizes, so no need to worry about a large minimum order. Whether you’re having a small get-together or a big wedding celebration, we’ve got you covered. For our party and wedding stubby holders, the minimum order is just 1 piece.

Can I have different colours for the same design?

No worries — simply tell us the quantity for each colour. We won’t charge you extra for colour changes.

How long does it take to make my product?

We’ll have your order ready to go within 3–5 business days from proof approval. Including shipping, most orders arrive within around 7–10 business days. For larger quantities, additional processing time may be required. Feel free to contact us for an estimated timeframe before placing your order.

Can I track my order?

Of course! We never want you to feel left in the dark about your order. Our customer service team will notify you when your order is dispatched, and we’ll send you an order tracking email too — check your junk folder just in case.

I need my order urgently! How fast can I get my order?

Running out of time? Our Rush Service guarantees dispatch within 2–4 business days of proof approval. This service is an additional cost on top of your order. To skip the production queue, add the Rush Order listing to your order. Please keep in mind that we can’t offer refunds for online orders that don’t leave enough time for delivery.

Can I get a refund if the product is faulty?

Sure thing! If you receive a faulty product, we’ll gladly issue a refund in line with our Refund Policy. Please double-check your artwork before approval, as we can’t be held responsible for errors in the upload or approval process. If we spot any obvious mistakes, we’ll contact you before proceeding with production.

Can I make changes after my order has been placed?

Need to make changes? Contact us ASAP! We’ll do our best to stop processing and update your artwork. If your order is already in production, unfortunately we can’t make changes or offer refunds, so please check your design preview carefully before approving your order.
