No worries — simply tell us the quantity for each colour. We won’t charge you extra for colour changes.

We’ll have your order ready to go within 3–5 business days from proof approval. Including shipping, most orders arrive within around 7–10 business days. For larger quantities, additional processing time may be required. Feel free to contact us for an estimated timeframe before placing your order.

Running out of time? Our Rush Service guarantees dispatch within 2–4 business days of proof approval. This service is an additional cost on top of your order. To skip the production queue, add the Rush Order listing to your order. Please keep in mind that we can’t offer refunds for online orders that don’t leave enough time for delivery.

Sure thing! If you receive a faulty product, we’ll gladly issue a refund in line with our Refund Policy. Please double-check your artwork before approval, as we can’t be held responsible for errors in the upload or approval process. If we spot any obvious mistakes, we’ll contact you before proceeding with production.

Need to make changes? Contact us ASAP! We’ll do our best to stop processing and update your artwork. If your order is already in production, unfortunately we can’t make changes or offer refunds, so please check your design preview carefully before approving your order.
